Data Retention and Deletion Policy

1. Data Retention

Aretre Driving School retains student records and training information for a minimum period of three (3) years from the date of course completion or last activity.

This retention period is required to comply with Ontario Ministry of Transportation regulations for Beginner Driver Education providers.

2. Data Deletion

Due to mandatory regulatory record-keeping requirements, students cannot request deletion of their Personal Information during the required retention period.

After the mandatory retention period has expired, Personal Information may be securely deleted or anonymized unless further retention is required by law.
